The ANMF Tasmania Log of Claims 2026 outlines the priorities identified by members for the next Public Sector Nurses and Midwives Agreement. Developed through extensive consultation with nurses and midwives across Tasmania, the Log of Claims seeks improvements to wages, staffing, workloads, workplace safety, leave entitlements, career progression, and conditions that better support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.

The claims reflect the challenges faced by Tasmania’s nursing and midwifery workforce and set out the changes needed to attract, retain and value the professionals who care for our community every day.
